I’m a licensed Mental Health Counselor and licensed Addiction Counselor providing services in Eagle County, Colorado and the Hawaiian islands. I have been practicing since 2009, I have provided patients in the Vail Valley with a wide range of psychological services. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.
I am eclectic in my approach, modes of therapy I am trained in: CBT, DBT, EMDR, Positive psychology, Solution focused brief therapy, Person centered therapy and Canine assisted therapy.

In this busy world some times we forget to take care of ourself, self care and loving ourselves is vital. Behavioral transformation comes by adopting a healthy and positive outlook to life.
